Fascinating read, and very well done Jamie Bishop:

Yes, well done Jamie Bishop. He confirms officiating at a football match in any capacity is not so easy as it seems. His aim to officiate regularly at stadiums such as ours is going to be very difficult for him; partly because retiring age limits have been abolished for referees which means vacancies at the top are not so regular as they were and partly because his stand-by role as an emergency referee at stadium:MK must surely restrict his availability to referee elsewhere on a regular basis.
