It's a Brave New World and it starts Saturday. :D I hope they can do four things short term (1) Cut out the sloppy passes and aimless balls; (2) Improve the poor defending, especially on the breaks; (3) Create more clear cut chances and goals (4) Get us enough points to stay up. Good luck to the three.

And overcome the anxiety.

When told about the new appointments, I was torn between a bold, brave move and a baptism of fire, but my over all mood is one of excitement and anticipation. :D

The first task for our new men is to secure first division safety and given the current slide we are on it isn't going to be easy. Whatever the outcome of this season (and I'm not taking anything for granted) it looks like we will be watching a footballing side again at Stadium MK, so it's a thumbs up from me. :D

Great to see Dean Lewington back where he belongs, God we've missed him. I think the fact he has been given the role of player/coach tells the story, I admired Winkie for standing by his Manager at the time but thankfully this awkward situation has at last reached a happy ending. :D

I'm not expecting instant success, looking at our remaining games (including some massive 6 pointers) I think the next three months look tough and if we avoid relegation I will be happy. :D

COYD.

Spot on AC. No one could have put it better.

Pete spoke about Dan's plan in the latest vid. Not sure how detailed a plan can be prepared under these circumstances, but great to hear that there is some clarity.

I was doubtful about Millen at first, but I have more confidence now that he and Micciche will make a great team. Let's hope it all comes together soon enough. If it doesn't, and we are relegated, I think I can still stay positive.

It's good to see a man with a plan. I believe I may have the details.

Perfectly clear. We're going to storm this league from here on.

I’m pretty excited by this appointment.

We could easily have made a short term appointment to make staying up a priority. We haven’t, it’s a long term appointment, well done Pete.

I hope he’s given enough time to do the job properly and support from everyone, particularly if immediate results are bad. I hope there’s no kneejerk if we have a poor second half to the season and get relegated.
