There is an old saying that you make your own luck but it does feel that we are an unlucky team. We appear to have more than our fair share of injuries, referees don't love us, the number of unfortunate goals we concede etc, and even when mother nature does smile upon us, such as 'that' day when Colchester beat PNE, it turns out that it probably wasn't such a good thing in the end. :(
Could it be though that we don't work hard enough or are not good enough to make our own luck? :(

Agree with that LD.

That's part of the reason I don't have great feelings for certain players who aren't showing enough fight IMO.

But we need just as much intelligence. I like the way Ugbo was communicating with other players in recent games. More of that too.

There are 46 league games in a season and luck normally levels itself out.

Let's hope we have been unlucky and are due some good luck in the remaining games of this season.

Cheers AC. We have had so much bad luck this season that the amount of good luck we now require for luck to even itself out should mean we will be safe with points to spare. :D

I know people hate orchestration, but if there is a day we get loud for our team, it’s today.

This game could be inflating a bouyancy device back to the surface, or an accelerator to the bottom.

My view is it’s that important.

COYD at 2000 dB

Yes agreed, it is that important, but so was last week's and the week before that etc. The manager appears to have won the players over with his footballing philosophy but we do need that buoyancy device to work pretty damn quick to give us a reasonable chance of making up lost ground. It could well happen, most likely when we don't expect it - so why not today!
